Italian Potatoes

6 large potatoes, peeled
1 large oinion, sliced
2 TBLS olive oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano

Cut each potato into quarters. Place in a 13×9 baking dish. Toss potato and
onion slices with olive oil, coating each slice. Sprinkle ketchup, salt,
pepper, basil and oregano on top, and toss. Bake in a 400 degree oven for
about one hour, tossing frequently, until potatoes are tender.
