Truly!
For the last year – yes year! I’ve agonized over why a secure certificate comes up with an error. The installation went fine; no problems; correct info and I always get this stupid broken lock.
Last week I order another cert for another site; install it – works like a charm. Aha! I thought. It’s the company! So; time to change the cert for the one site; I change ssl company.
Generate the csr; get the cert; install the cert.
Same issue.
What the ???
Now; I am not in the mode to go delete the cert and start over. This is a simple process. I *know how to do it!* I can install certs in my sleep I’ve done it so much – I’ve installed thousands of them; worked with Verisign and Thawte and I can do it.
Why can’t I get this freakin cert to install on this freakin site.
Apparently; my brain is working at full capacity today, because…….
I had the bright idea to upload a simple html file with nothing on it except the word test. Check it securely and……
It works! It freakin Works! Happynekkidpagandance the cert freakin worked!
So just what is my problem? I have includes all over the secure page; and they aren’t called securely.
