Just came across this link in my email.
The names on this petition demand that the flash and shockwave players should not, and never be packaged with spyware/malware/programs other than the player itself.
Wonder if it’s true, and if there are other instances – I’ve had an older version of flash I guess because I never noticed a weatherbug. And since I have a new harddrive; I’m sure I don’t wanna install anything I don’t want to. I’m not one for online petitions, but if it is true, I’ll put off installing flash on my browsers and sign the petition. I emailed the guy to see if he had other references.
