stuffed bread

one can of pizza dough (I used pillsbury)

filling
you can use anything that you can think.
we had the following
ham and cheese
spinach, onion and cheese
sausage, onion and cheese
mushroom, onion and cheese

for sausage, onion and cheese

italian sausage (bob evans) browned and crumbled
one small onion, thinly sliced and chopped
sharp cheddar, shredded (I used pre-shredded)

following the directions on the can of dough.
mine said 400 degrees F

I unrolled the dough on a cookie large cutting board.

after I let it rise for a bit I sprinkled cheese, onion and sausage,
leaving about 1/2 to one inch border.

roll up dough and fold ends under and seal shut.
Place bread seam down on a greased cookie sheet.
bake for about 20 minutes.
