So after harping on the kid for a few months about Santa not visiting bad boys; we really laid it on today. I created an email, addressed it to me, and sent it from santaclaus@santaclaus.com and sent it. I told L that I had finally heard from Santa. (I had heard from some elves earlier letting me know where Santa was earlier).
The email said:
Hello;
I’ve seen that L has had a hard time behaving this year, so I will skip your house this year. Maybe in the upcoming year
L will have behaved and I can drop by next year.
Love always;
Santa Claus
The kid *insisted* on reading it.
What did he do after he read it? He calmly gets on another computer and types in santaclaus.com.

I had to backpedal and quick! It seems he was looking for Santas book; you know the one: the one that Santa keeps track of all the good kids and the bad kids. I go to google: trying to find Santas book.
I explained that Santa probably didn’t keep in online: security and all that. The kid just wouldn’t believe me. I had to distract him, he actually found a porn site. Now, it’s not like we let him just surf the internet. He’s too young. But he’s smart.
It took me a couple of tries; but I found what I was looking for. Naughty or Nice has a little app that, after typing in your name, will come up with a bit of a description.
Luckily, the description pretty much described the kids behavior. I let him read it. What does he do? I initially typed in his first and last name. He asked me to type in his initials; he read the description and then he asked me to type in middle name and last name.
The little shit…..
Now we wait until he goes to sleep. All the presents are wrapped and in the car. I never bring presents home but hide them until the last minute….
